The Cobb Salad quickly became a trend in Hollywood after Robert H. Cobb prepared this salad for Sid Grauman, the operator of Grauman’s Chinese Theater. Word spread quickly in Hollywood and in no time famous film stars were visiting Cobb’s restaurant, Brown Derby and requesting “Cobb’s Salad.” This Hollywood trend proved to have some staying power!

Chopped California Cobb

What You Need

1 bag (10 oz.) torn romaine lettuce (about 10 cups)
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 ripe avocado, peeled, sliced and tossed with 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
12 slices OSCAR MAYER Fully Cooked Bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 cup KRAFT ROKA Blue Cheese Dressing

Make It

TOSS all ingredients except dressing in large salad bowl.
SPOON onto plates; drizzle with dressing.
