The story

I was the VP Sales of a luxury Chocolatier in New York when in Nov 07 I stumbled upon a Japanese jello in a gorgeous packaging. It was the best I had ever had. Intrigued, I called them and asked if they would sell or distribute to North America but they were not interested.
So I decided to create the product from scratch.
It will be an all-natural, kosher, vegan fruit juice-based jello.
