I just got back from Amish Country in Ohio. They have wonderful baked goods..... donuts, cookies, cinnamon rolls, whoopie pies, bread. I had oatmeal pie that was incredible. And in Zoar Village, an old, restored German village, they had breads from brick ovens, yum! That is an incentive to bake more.
