About Ace of Cakes
Ace of Cakes is a reality television show that airs on the Food Network. The series follows Chef Duff Goldman and his crew at Charm City Cakes as they create one-of-a-kind cakes and run a cake decorating business. Goldman's crew are not typical bakers, but many are friends that that went to the Corcoran College of Art and Design with.

Charm City Cakes

Charm City Cakes was opened in 2000 as a home based business by Duff Goldman with the help of two assistants. In 2002 Goldman quit his job and turned cake baking and decorating into a full time business. Their current 6,000 square foot building was purchased in 2005 and employs a staff of eleven.
