TROTTIES SOUP A LA WEYMOUTH BAY

INGREDIENTS

1. One onion.

2. Two cloves of garlic.

3. A teaspoon of mixed herbs.

4. Two desert spoons of soy sauce.

5. Lots of ASDA smart price precooked frozen prawns.

6. A tub of cheap yoghurt.

7. Two desert spoons of cider vinegar.

8. One microwave bowl able to hold 3 pints.

9. Olives.

10. Five desert spoons of fish sauce from the THAI Spice shop on Westham Rd.

11. Two desert spoons of plain flower.

12. A desert spoon of rice wine.

13. A pinch of salt, and pepper.

14. A good squirt of lemon juice.

15. Two desert spoons of Worcester sauce

16. A hand full of rice

17. A desert spoon of olive oil.

18. Sweet pepper.

19. A tin of sardines.

20. A desert spoon of mustard.

21. A tin of cheap LIDL tomato soup.

22. A bay leaf.

23. A desert spoon of ginger.

24. Two desert spoons of LIDL fig flavour balsamic vinegar.

25. Half a lime.


PREPARATION

MARINADE :

1. Add the mustard, lemon juice, olives, fish sauce, yoghurt, rice wine, soy, salt, pepper, Worcester sauce, cider vinegar, rice, and mixed herbs, to the prawns, and sardines.

2. Seal in a plastic bag or container, and leave in the fridge for a couple of hours.

SOUP :

1. Chop the onion, and sweet pepper, crush the garlic, add to the bowl with the bay leaf, and olive oil, on HIGH for 7 minutes.

2. Add the flour, ginger, balsamic vinegar, sardines, prawns, and their marinade, stir it into a paste.

3. Add the lime, tomato soup, and three cans of water, stir, on HIGH for 30 minutes.

4. Leave to cool in the microwave for 10 minutes before serving.

TROTTIES CARIBBEAN BEAN SOUP

INGREDIENTS

1.A can of red kidney beans.

2.A desert spoon of bovril.

3.A pinch of salt, and pepper.

4.One onion.

5.Three cloves of garlic.

6.One carrot.

7.A teaspoon of ground coriander.

8.A teaspoon of ground cumin.

9.Two desert spoons of olive oil.

10.Two desert spoons of concentrated orange juice.

11.A desert spoon of white wine vinegar.

12.A desert spoon of sweet chilli sauce.

13.A desert spoon of lemon juice.

14.A small tub of cheap yogurt.

15.A small butternut squash.

16.A large chunk of coconut cream.

17.Half a lime.

18.A desert spoon of gravy granules.

19.A desert spoon of soy.

20.One sweet pepper.

21.A lidded microwave bowl large enough to hold three pints.

22.One sweet potato.

23.An egg.

PREPARATION

SOUP :

1.Chop the onion, garlic, carrot, sweet potato, squash, and sweet pepper, into the bowl with the coriander, cumin, coconut cream, and olive oil.

2.On HIGH for 15 minutes.

3.Stir in the egg.

4.Add the kidney beans, soy, bovril, gravy, salt, lime, orange juice, sweet chilli sauce, 2 1/2 pints of water, and pepper.

5.Take a potato masher and mash it all up.

6.On HIGH for 25 minutes.

7.Stir in the yogurt.

8.Leave to cool in the microwave for 10 minutes.
TROTTIES CHICKEN ROSHNI

INGREDIENTS

1.Two desert spoons of marmalade.

2.Two desert spoons of concentrated orange juice.

3.Two desert spoons of honey.

4.1/2 lime.

5.A tin of cheap tomato soup.

6.One onion.

7.One clove of garlic.

8.One sweet pepper.

9.A teaspoon of garam marsala.

10.A teaspoon of coriander.

11.One jalopeno pepper.

12.Two desert spoons of sweet chilli sauce.

13.A desert spoon of soy sauce.

14.One persimmon fruit.

15.A big chunk of cocomut cream.

16.A pinch of salt, fennel, and pepper.

17.Two desert spoons of white wine vinegar.

18.A fresh bay leaf.

19.1/2 cup of dried split yellow peas.

20.A cup of Italian pasta shapes.

24.Small pieces of raw frozen chicken.

25.A desert spoon of olive oil.

26.A lidded microwave bowl able to hold three pints.

PREPARATION

MARINADE :

1.Add the lime, fennel, marmalade, orange juice, honey, garam marsala, vinegar, bay leaf, olive oil, and pepper to the chicken.

2.Seal in a plastic bag or container the night before, and leave in the fridge.

BROWN THE CHICKEN :

1.Place the chicken in the bowl, with the olive oil, and bay leaf.

2.On HIGH for two minutes, turn over, on HIGH for two minutes.

3.Take the chicken out, leave the olive oil.

SAUCE :

1.Soak the peas for 15 minutes.

2.Chop the onion, garlic, sweet pepper, jalopeno pepper, persimmon, cocomut cream, put them into the bowl.

3.On HIGH for 10 minutes.

4.Add the tomato soup, coriander, sweet chilli sauce, soy, salt, peas, chicken, and marinade liquid.

5.On HIGH for 20 minutes.

6.Add the pasta.

7.On HIGH for 10 minutes.

8.Leave to cool in the microwave for 10 minutes.
TROTTIES CLASSIC DDR SOLJANKA

INGREDIENTS

1.One onion.

2.Two cloves of garlic.

3.A teaspoon of dill herb.

4.A desert spoon of lemon juice.

5.One desert spoon of paprika.

6.A pinch of salt and pepper.

7.One large potato.

8.A fresh bayleaf.

9.A teaspoon of mixed herbs.

10.One Polish smoked salami.

11.Small lumps of frozen raw chicken.

12.One desert spoon of olive oil.

13.One tin of cheap tomato soup.

14.Ten olives stuffed with pimento.

15.A packet of LIDL prawn flavoured chinese noodles.

16.One desert spoon of gravy granules.

17.A bacon rasher.

18.A large pyrex bowl able to hold up to 3 pints of water.

19.One desert spoon of white wine vinegar.

20.One desert spoon of balsamic vinegar.

21.Some cheap ham.

22.Several pickled gherkins.

23.Four juniper berries.

24.A desert spoon of mustard.

25.One sweet pepper

26.Two desert spoons of soy sauce.

27.A large microwave bowl able to hold 3 pints.

PREPARATION

MARINADE :

1.Add the lemon juice, dill, bayleaf, mixed herbs, juniper berries, balsamic vinegar, white wine vinegar, pepper, to the chicken, ham, and bacon.

2.Seal in a plastic bag or container, and leave in the fridge the night before.

BROWN THE CHICKEN :

1.Put the chicken in the bowl with the butter, and bay leaf, on HIGH for 2 minutes.

2.Turn over on HIGH for 2 minutes.

3.Take the chicken out, leave the butter.

SOUP :

1.Chop the onions, garlic, sweet pepper, potato, and gherkins, into the bowl with the bayleaf, and olives.

2.On HIGH for 12 minutes.

3.Add the chicken, bacon, salami, marinade liquid, ham, soy, mustard, tomato soup, salt, gravy, prawn flavour sachet, four cans of water.

4.On HIGH for 25 minutes.

5.Add the noodles.

6.On HIGH for 10 minutes.

7.Leave to cool in the microwave for 10 minutes.
TROTTIES CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

1.5 dsp butter.
2.2 drops of vanilla essence.
3.bar of chocolate.
4.yogurt.
5.1/2 cup of icing sugar.

1.Put butter, choc, yogurt, in a china bowl.
2.On Medium for three minutes.
3.Stir in the icing sugar, and vanilla.
4.Put the bowl in the fridge for 3 hours.
5.Et Voila!
TROTTIES GURHKA LAMB STEW

1.Small pieces frozen raw lamb.

2.A large potato.

3.A carrot.

4.One sweet pepper.

5.One jalopeno pepper.

6.One onion.

7.Two desert spoons gravy granules.

8.One cup yogurt.

9.A tin of tomato soup.

10.One garlic clove.

11.A desert spoon of ginger.

12.A desert spoon of mustard.

13.A teaspoon of cumin powder.

14.A teaspoon of turmeric.

15.A teaspoon of chili powder.

16.A pinch of salt, and pepper.

17.A desert spoon of butter.

18.A fresh bay leaf.

19.A teaspoon of coriander.

20.A desert spoon of olive oil.

21.Three green cardamon seeds.

22.Two cloves.

23.A teaspoon of five spice powder.

24.A desert spoon of lemon juice.

25.A teaspoon of ground mixed spices.

26.A desert spoon of balsamic vinegar.

27.A cup of split peas and lentils.

28.A hand full of rice.

29.A pack of LIDL spicy prawn flavour noodles.

30.A teaspoon of mixed herbs.

31.A microwave bowl able to hold three pints.

32.Some mushrooms.

PREPARATION

MARINADE :

1.Add the yogurt, mustard, five spice powder, cumin, cloves, turmeric, chili powder, pepper, coriander, balsamic vinegar,
olive oil, cardamon, lemon juice, and mixed spices to the lamb.

2.Seal in a plastic bag or container, and leave in the fridge the night before.

BROWN THE LAMB :

1.Place the lamb in the bowl with the butter.

2.On HIGH for two minutes, turn over, on HIGH for two minutes.

3.Take the lamb out, leave the butter.

SAUCE :

1.Chop the potato, mushrooms, carrot, sweet pepper, jalopeno pepper, onion, and garlic into the bowl with the mixed herbs.

2.On HIGH for 20 minutes.

3.Add the tomato soup, ginger, 2 tins of water, gravy, salt, lamb, marinade liquid, prawn flavour sachet, peas, and lentils.

4.On HIGH for 20 minutes.

5.Add the rice.

6.On HIGH for 10 minutes.

7.Add the noodles.

8.Leave to cool in the microwave for 10 minutes.
TROTTIES RUMANIAN CHICKEN SOUP

INGREDIENTS

1.A teaspoon of fennel seeds.

2.A fresh bay leaf.

3.Four juniper berries.

4.A teaspoon of mixed herbs.

5.A sprig of rosemary.

6.A stick of celery.

7.Two carrots.

8.A desert spoon of paprika.

9.A desert spoon of lemon juice.

10.A desert spoon of olive oil.

11.A desert spoon of malt vinegar.

12.A pinch of salt, and pepper.

13.A desert spoon of soy sauce.

14.A microwave bowl able to hold two pints of water.

15.Mushrooms.

16.A desert spoon of butter.

17.A desert spoon of plain flour.

18.A desert spoon of balsamic vinegar.

19.Two desert spoons of gravy granules.

20.One sweet pepper.

21.A tin of cheap tomato soup.

22.A small tub of cheap yogurt.

28.1/4 fennel bulb.

29.A teaspoon of dill.

30.A desert spoon of bovril.

31.1/3 cup of rice.

PREPARATION

MARINADE :

1.Add the fennel seeds, dill, bay leaf, yogurt, pepper, balsamic vinegar, juniper berries, mixed herbs, rosemary, paprika, lemon juice, olive oil, malt vinegar.

BROWN THE CHICKEN :

1.Put the chicken in the bowl with the butter, bacon, and bay leaf.

2.On HIGH for 2 minutes, turn over, on HIGH for 2 minutes.

3.Take chicken and bacon out, leave the butter in.

SAUCE :

1.Chop the celery, carrots, parsnip, mushrooms, sweet pepper, fennel, onion, and garlic, on HIGH for 10 minutes.

2.Stir in the flour, and egg.

3.Add the salt, soy, rice, tomato soup, bovril, and four cans of water.

4.On HIGH for 20 minutes.

5.Add the salt, on HIGH for 10 minutes.

6.Leave to cool in the microwave for 10 minutes.
TROTTIES RUSSIAN PORK STEW

1.Two desert spoons of plain flour.

2.A desert spoon of butter.

3.A desert spoon of dijon mustard.

4.Two cloves.

5.A desert spoon of paprika.

6.A smal tub of cheap yogurt.

7.Some mushrooms.

8.Four juniper berries.

9.A pack of ALDI bacon flavour noodles.

10.A tin of cheap tomato soup.

11.A pinch of salt, and pepper.

12.Two desert spoons of milk powder.

13.One onion.

14.A clove of garlic.

15.A desert spoon of lemon juice.

16.A teaspoon of mixed herbs.

17.A fresh bay leaf.

18.A desert spoon of olive oil.

19.A desert spoon of balsamic vinegar.

20.Three desert spoons of soy sauce.

21.A large microwave bowl able to hold 3 pints.

22.A desert spoon of honey.

23.A desert spoon of malt vinegar.

24.Two carrots.

25.A large potato.

26.1/3 cup of rice.

27.Small pieces of frozen raw pork.

PREPARATION

MARINADE :

1.Add the lemon juice, mixed herbs, paprika, honey, juniper berries, yogurt, mustard, bay leaf, cloves, olive oil, malt vinegar, balsamic vinegar, a desert spoon of soy, and pepper to the pork.

2.Seal in a plastic bag or container, and leave in the fridge the night before.

BROWN THE PORK :

1.Place the pork in the bowl with the butter, and bay leaf.

2.On HIGH for 1 minutes.

3.Turn over on HIGH for 1 minute.

4.Take the pork out leave the butter.

STEW :

1.Chop the onion, garlic, potato, carrots, mushrooms, into the bowl with the butter, and bacon flavour sachet, on HIGH for 10 minutes.

2.Stir in the flour, and milk powder.

3.Add the pork, marinade liquid, salt, tomato soup, and two desert spoons of soy.

4.On HIGH for 20 minutes.

5.Add the rice, on HIGH for 10 minutes.

6.Add the noodles, on HIGH for 10 minutes.

7.Leave to cool in the microwave for 10 minutes.
TROTTIES PISTOU SOUP

INGREDIENTS

1.A desert spoon of olive oil.

2.Two onions.

3.A tin of cheap tomato soup.

4.A desert spoon of gravy granules.

5.A cup of yellow split peas.

6.Two potatoes.

7.Three pickled gherkins.

8.A pinch of salt, fennel, dill, and pepper.

9.A teaspoon of mixed herbs.

10.Two cloves of garlic.

11.A pack of ALDI bacon flavoured noodles.

12.Two carrots.

13.A fresh bay leaf.

14.A lidded microwave bowl large enough to hold three pints.

PREPARATION

SOUP :

1.Soak the peas in water for 30 minutes.

2.Chop the onions, garlic, gherkins, carrots, and potatoes, into the bowl with the mixed herbs, fennel, dill,
bacon flavour sachet, pepper, bay leaf, and olive oil.

3.On HIGH for 15 minutes.

4.Add the tomato soup, gravy, salt, 3 cans of water, and the peas.

5.On HIGH for 20 minutes.

6.Add the noodles.

7.On HIGH for 20 minutes.

8.Leave to cool in the microwave for 10 minutes.
TROTTIES CHICKEN LUCKNOW

INGREDIENTS

1.A desert spoon of ginger.
2.A teaspoon of paprika.
3.A teaspoon of garam marsala.
4.A teaspoon of mixed spices.
5.A desert spoon of peanut butter.
6.A teaspoon of turmeric.
7.A fresh bay leaf.
8.A teaspoon of coriander.
9.A desert spoon of concentrated orange juice.
10.A small tub of cheap yogurt.
11.A teaspoon of chilli powder.
12.Small lumps of frozen raw chicken.
13.A tin of cheap tomato soup.
14.One onion.
15.Two cloves of garlic.
16.One sweet pepper.
17.1/3 cup of rice.
18.A desert spoon of olive oil.
19.A desert spoon of butter.
20.A desert spoon of soy sauce.
21.A lidded microwave bowl able to hold three pints.
22.Loads of mushrooms.
23.A large chunk of coconut cream.
24.A pinch of salt, and pepper.

PREPARATION

MARINADE :

1.Add ginger, paprika, garam marsala, mixed spices, peanut butter, turmeric, bay leaf, coriander, chilli powder, orange juice, yogurt.
2.Seal in a plastic bag or container, place in the fridge the night before.

BROWN THE CHICKEN :

1.Place the chicken in the bowl, with the butter on HIGH for two minutes.
2.Turn over, on HIGH for two minutes.
3.Take the chicken out, leave the butter in.

SAUCE :

1.Chop the onion, garlic, sweet pepper, and mushrooms, into the bowl with the coconut cream, on HIGH for 8 minutes.
2.Add the tomato soup, chicken, marinade liquid, soy, salt, and pepper, on HIGH for 20 minutes.
3.Add the rice, on HIGH for 10 minutes.
4.Leave to cool in the microwave for 10 minutes.
TROTTIES VEGAN STEW

INGREDIENTS

1.One onion.
2.One clove of garlic.
3.Two sticks of celery.
4.One carrot.
5.One potato.
6.Cabbage leaves.
7.Mushrooms.
8.A desert spoon of marmite.
9.Two desert spoons of olive oil.
10.A pinch of salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
11.A desert spoon of mustard.
12.A tin of cheap tomato soup.
13.Two desert spoons of soy sauce.
14.Four desert spoons of plain flour.
15.A lidded microwave bowl able to hold three pints.

PREPARATION

SOUP :

1.Chop the onion, garlic, celery, carrot, potato, cabbage, mushrooms, into the bowl with the olive oil, pepper, and nutmeg.
2.On HIGH for 15 minutes.
3.Stir in the flour.
3.Add the mustard, salt, soy, two cans of water, and tomato soup.
5.On HIGH for 30 minutes.
6.Leave to cool in the microwave for 10 minutes.
