Breadmaker

I finally did it - about a month ago I went ahead and purchased a breadmaker. I love fresh baked bread.
I also like to know what kind of flour and other ingridients are used to make it.
So - I did it!
At first I tried all the recipies that came with the device, then I start playing with them and now finally I have very simple recipe that makes me great bread!
Just organic unbleached flour, salt, water, yeast and sugar!
And I use my breadmaker just to make a dough - bake in my oven shaping it as I pleased.
If you like I enjoy eating delicious organic bread then do what I did - invest in great breadmaker!!!
